The objective of our IONM Fellowship program is to develop exceptional Intraoperative Neurophysiologists that deliver industry leading patient care.
Assure Neuromonitoring works with surgeons of various surgical disciplines: Neurosurgery, Orthopedic, ENT, Cardiac, and Vascular, to provide a turnkey suite of services that support intraoperative neuromonitoring and remote supervision oversight activities during invasive procedures. Assure employs its own staff of neurophysiologists, utilizes state-of-the-art monitoring equipment, coordinates intraoperative neuromonitoring scheduling, setup, as well as billing and collecting for services provided. IONM Training program:
Assure Neuromonitoring is seeking well qualified, talented and motivated candidates to join our IONM training program. Following didactic training, the Training Neurophysiologist will work in the operating room with their Clinical Preceptors under the guidance of the Regional Manager, Territory Director, and National Manager.
The Assure Neuromonitoring Fellowship program is a paid training program. The individuals chosen will become employees of Assure Neuromonitoring and are eligible for the same benefits as full-time employees.
Assure Neuromonitoring will provide fellows with a structured curriculum and didactic classroom teaching, along with practicum and training in the operating room guided by Senior Neurophysiologists.

Education requirements:
Minimum requirement of Bachelor’s degree in life science (ex: Neuroscience, Biology) and current R. EEG T. or R. EP T. certification. Candidates with a degree in other related scientific fields and a strong aptitude to learn neurophysiology will also be considered. Master’s, Doctorate, or Audiology degree is preferred.
