Mr. Rodriguez is an accomplished executive leader with an extensive history of helping clients and business partners achieve their long-term goals. Ray has held positions with fortune 250 corporations and large casino operations throughout the United States where he has quickly and successfully learned new business and verticals. Ray most recently held the position of Head of Business Administration for DISH Network where he was a recipient of the Distinguished Service Award recognizing only the top 100 performers.

With a proven track record of success in areas such as program/product management, business systems integration, customer/client relationship building, and team development, Ray will be realigning Assure’s Client Experience and Business Integration teams.

In addition to his extensive experience, Ray holds several certifications for the Association of Training and Development, ITIL, Agile Scrum Master, Microsoft Administration, and formerly a PHR from the Society of Human Resources Management.

Academically, Ray holds a Bachelor of the Arts Degree in Interpersonal Communication from the University of Colorado, Denver, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
